Artist Bio  


                            Born and raised in Shawinigan, Quebec Linda moved to Aylmer, Quebec with her family as a
                          teenager. Both her parents are very artistically inclined people and Linda was introduced to
                          different arts and crafts at an early age.

                                                                                  
                                           
                            In 2004, Linda began taking courses to learn more about creating jewelry with metal.  
                          She studied with Goldsmith Michaela Wolfert in Almonte and slowly began to create jewelry
                          with silver.  After a few years, she discovered another world of interest in working with
                          wood and mixing both media together to create unique jewelry.   Since then she has explored
                          the different types of domestic and exotic woods which she uses in her jewelry pieces. 
                          She began participating in shows and exhibitions in 2009 along with selling her jewelry online.

                           Linda's other interests include downhill skiing, reading and hiking She has an intense love
                          of nature and uses many of the organic forms in nature as inspiration in the creation of her
